USER AGREEMENT

Purpose:

This agreement is made between Mentoreis LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Mentoreis” - https://www.mentoreis.com, hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") and the End Consumer (hereinafter referred to as "User") who reads and clicks the acceptance link of this agreement. The agreement details the Online Remote Education Service, Consultancy, Account Management, Advertising Management, Design, and Establishment Services.

Purpose:

This agreement is made between Mentoreis LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Mentoreis” - https://www.mentoreis.com, hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") and the End Consumer (hereinafter referred to as "User") who reads and clicks the acceptance link of this agreement. The agreement details the Service.

After reading and accepting this service agreement, the End USER can use this product and/or benefit from this service and has the rights specified in this agreement.

Important! Before using this service for the first time, please read the entire Service Agreement carefully. The End USER is deemed to be aware of the terms of this agreement from the first use or operation of this Service. It is considered that they have read, understood, and accepted to be bound by the terms here. If you do not accept these terms, you cannot benefit from or use the service. Uses outside these terms will be considered a violation of copyright.

All intellectual and industrial rights related to our services belong to “Mentoreis” - https://www.mentoreis.com. Unauthorized use, reproduction, dissemination, offering for sale, and similar actions of the work will result in legal and criminal sanctions against the relevant person or persons.

USER License:

“Mentoreis LLC” - https://www.mentoreis.com requires that the presentations, software, graphical USER interfaces, sounds, and videos within the site be used by the End USER in accordance with the terms specified below:

The license right provides the End USER exclusively with the right to use the work. The "Right to Use" includes using, storing, loading, operating, and displaying the product as long as it is purchased. The End USER granted a license cannot modify the work, reproduce it, distribute it, make it available for use by others, create a new work derived from the work, or disable any license or control features of the work.

USER Rights:

The products on our site, whether purchased individually or corporately, are registered under a single real or legal entity by the authorities of “Mentoreis LLC” - https://www.mentoreis.com and can only be used by that person within the specified period.

The user who logs into the site selects one or more of the Online Remote Education Service, Consultancy, Account Management, Advertising Management, Design, and Establishment services they wish to purchase, follows the instructions, completes the payment process, and purchases the services. The end-user follows these services within the specified period. They cannot make this service available to others or rent it out.

All copyrights of the presentations, visuals, texts, and speeches belong to “Mentoreis LLC” - https://www.mentoreis.com. The USER cannot use presentations, visuals, texts, or speeches without permission from the “Mentoreis LLC” - https://www.mentoreis.com site.

If unauthorized mass display or use of the product occurs, the organization, company, or institution performing the display is obliged to pay the usage fee to “Mentoreis LLC” - https://www.mentoreis.com for each person participating in the activity.

It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, copy, publish, or distribute any visual material, presentations, sounds, videos, and any related media taken from these trainings or contained within them in the same or quoted form.

Acceptance of the Agreement:

If you purchase any service through www.mentoreis.com, you are deemed to have accepted the agreement.

Subject of the Agreement:

“Mentoreis LLC” - https://www.mentoreis.com is to provide the service purchased by the member who approves the agreement.

The contract price, including all taxes, is for the package training programs and other services specified on the “Mentoreis LLC” - https://www.mentoreis.com site. It is essential to fully complete the necessary transaction as shown on the internet page. https://www.mentoreis.com is not responsible for any problems that may arise in membership and payment due to errors that the member may make.

The fees for payments made by credit card over the internet are automatically deducted from the member's credit card. Once the payment process is approved, the Mentoreis LLC team promptly contacts the person who purchased the service.

Return Conditions:

If the user wishes to return any purchased training, consultancy, accounting, hourly consultation, or other services for any reason, they should send their return request to info@mentoreis.com.

The return process for the purchased service is three (3) business days if the service has not been used. If three (3) business days have passed, returns will not be allowed.
